I learned about Ytbnj through a friend/family member who works with the organization. I have been enormously impressed by Ytbnj’s depth of commitment, creativity and passionate engagement with the youth and communities whom they serve. Their understanding of the need for empowerment and cultural sensitivity are, in my opinion, exceptional.
