NICA is an incredible and passionate youth development organization across the United States, that gets more kids outside and on bikes. The level of stoke at the NICA events I've been to is completely off the charts! These kids find and nurture camaraderie with their teammates and coaches, as well as athletes from other teams they're competing against. NICA's values, with an emphasis on "no try-outs, no bench", ensure that everyone who's interested gets the chance to 'play'.
