BCR is truly one of the best animal non-profits out there. Not only do they provide a safe, loving, and engaging environment for these beautiful kitties that would otherwise be immediately euthanized at other shelters, but they do so with genuine care and love. In addition, everything about how the shelter is managed - from the daily lives of the cats to its finances - is transparent. Their communication is excellent. Every month, I get a very informative newsletter about issues that pertain to cats and cats’ health, as well as an updated photo of the cat I sponsor. This organization is truly outstanding, from its stated mission to how it implements that goal.
