GSROC is an amazing rescue! Since 2016, I have been volunteering on the dog walking team and have met so many wonderful dogs and dedicated volunteers. I feel extremely lucky to be part of this organization because they always put the needs of the pups in their care first, whether that is training, medical needs or just some extra attention and love.

One of the days I remember most was when GSROC help facilitate the rescue of 24 German Shepherds from a hoarding situation where the dogs were living in deplorable conditions. Not only was I able to see GSROC at work, but later I got to adopt one of those dogs! His name is Trent and that’s his picture above. Like so many other dogs that were fortunate enough to be rescued by GSROC, Trent now lives a happy, healthy life in a home where he is VERY loved!
