We adopted our first pup in 2012. Wiley was rescued from a high kill LA shelter by Association of German Shepherd Rescuers, (GSROC). He was very shy and stood almost no chance of being adopted. GSROC opened the lifeboat to bring him in. We adopted him that very weekend at a GSROC adoption event. We had such a great experience that we started volunteering and eventually fostering for the rescue.
This rescue is wonderful and brings in many pups that need "a little extra" to find their forever home. The volunteers are tireless and giving of their time, their homes and their hearts. GSROC sets the bar for rescue!
