ALL MY DOGS are proudly from German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County!!! Why you ask? Because I really appreciate their standards of adoption. Rescues if they are reputable will fully vaccinate the dog you adopt and also spay or neuter the dog. GSROC goes steps further. They train the dog in basic obedience and or connect you with a trainer that will help train you and your in basic obedience. They really work with you should you have any questions about your dog because they really care about the dogs they take in and want them to live happily ever after, (they really do). That’s why they do not force dogs on you; they want you and your dog to bond.

The volunteers are truly dedicated in helping the dogs that come into the rescue. Such that, they have teams that divide up the many responsibilities. They have a walking team, a bathing team, a transportation team, a baking team (for adoption events), a “thank you” letter writing team, a dog training team, a holding a dog at an event team, a counselor team just to name a few. But that’s not all. There are other volunteers who also work in between these teams so that the rescue functions like a well oiled machine and gets these rescue dogs homes. I have never known of another rescue that does so much and works so hard to get their dogs adopted into their “furever” homes. Which is why, German Shepherd Rescue of Orange County is my first and only choice for adopting a dog!
