I have known Miss Carmen for over five years. She is a deeply caring and magical human. When she believes in something, she puts her whole heart and soul into it. What she has done with Del Carmen Foundation this past year is a testament to her tenacity. Long live DCF! With Carmen at the helm, it has nowhere to go but UP.
