I took part in Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego's Coaching as a Leadership Tool course, and it was a tremendous experience! I learned so much about how to be a good Coach and was able to take many of the lessons I learned back to my company and incorporate them into how I manage my team. I cannot say enough about how valuable this hybrid course was. I definitely am interested in taking more courses with Fieldstone Leadership Network San Diego in the future!
