I was told about the Lifelong Learning Institute after I retired at the age of 58 due to depression. I soon began to take classes and being around people again helped ease my depression and I was able to make many new friends. The Director, Rachel, her staff and all the volunteers were so accommodating and helpful during my initial interaction and have continued to advise me and answer any questions or concerns.

Shortly, after Covid started, my wife and I decided she would also retire. She has now been taking classes for almost 2 years now and loves it as much as I do.

All in all, I cannot say enough about how great our local LLI is and I will hopefully be a member for many more years.
