Michelle is such a kind, smart, and caring human being!! Her non-profit is amazing and it has made a huge positive impact in my life. And also, she gives the best facial and spa experience ever!!

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in January 2023. As I neared finishing my 12 weeks of chemotherapy I was looking for a local hair salon to help me cut and style my hair as it grows back. As I was searching online, this one salon in particular also offered oncology facials. I had never heard of these and was very interested in this because my skin looked and felt awful! It was totally ravaged by my chemo drugs. I called the salon and they put me in touch with Michelle who works for Beautifying Oncology Spa Services. She explained that she worked for this non-profit and they offer spa services, including facials, free of charge to those going through or recently have finished cancer treatment. First of all, I just couldn't believe something like this even existed and that it was available around where I live. Most importantly, Michelle's love and passion for her work just poured through the phone. I immediately felt hopeful that my skin could and would get better. I couldn't wait for my appointment. Michelle has a beautiful spa space and instantly made me feel comfortable and relaxed. She gave the BEST facial with the most amazing products. It has been a rough road over the past 8 months, and even though I have had so much love and support in my life through this cancer experience, and I have remained genuinely positive overall, my time with Michelle just felt so meaningful in my healing journey. Her work, and the work of B.O.S. Inc., is such important work. I became emotional during my time with Michelle because I felt so cared for. These types of services can help people regain their confidence after feeling like a stranger in their own body. It is a pampering that refills the soul. It is such an admirable organization. Lastly, in less than one week after my facial, after using the wonderful products Michelle recommended, my skin feels the best it has felt in three months. The words thank you aren't nearly enough.
