The people doing the pickup are not given important information so arrive unprepared and end up leaving without the donations. .If you have a pet, don't bother, as they won't take your donation since a customer once complained about pet hair. This is information they could have shared ahead of time instead of expecting donors to arrange their schedule and wait for a pickup Disrespectful of donor's time and effort. Go elsewhere for your donations.
