I was trying to take it easy after having a dental procedure yesterday. The chair yoga class offered both sitting and standing options. I found out I can do regular yoga. Enjoyed the class today.

Veterans Yoga Project has enabled me to continue being active because I can not lift weights in my regular gym class. I have a cast on my left wrist due to fracturing my left 5th metacarpal. Thus I can not put pressure on the left arm.
