Active Minds is a wonderful organization that supports students and young adults in understanding and advocating for youth mental health policy, advocacy and awareness. My experience could not have been better, as I felt the programming was comprehensive and inclusive. Their staff is approachable and attentive, and I felt reassured that I was learning from people who felt passionate about the mission of the organization. I would definitely recommend their programming and curriculum to students who are looking to build on their knowledge of all things mental health!
