I have been going to therapy most of my life working on past wounds from childhood to combat for decades. Taking It Lightly, a weekend the Starfish Foundation host, helped accelerate the process of healing in just one weekend. I was able to share my story to complete strangers without judgement and instead with deep love and support. There is more, they showed me tools to give me "Emotional Mastery" to move forward in all aspects of my life. Coming up on 40 years experience and a motto of "excellence", I would recommend to anyone wanting to grow as this is one of the best ways to do it.
