I've been a monthly donation to BRC for about 10 years, sponsoring Izzy. It's the only automatic donation I make as it's been my experience that a lot of non-profits use their donations for things other than their stated mission. BRC impresses me so much in how they've stayed true to their mission in giving these precious lives a forever home and expanded into trap and release to assist the local feral population. They're transparency in allowing visitors and live streaming is refreshing and let's you see how the cats are their sole focus, the facility is very well maintained and made for the cats comfort and happiness. I also enjoy their newsletter which isn't just about BRC. It always contains important and very useful information on the care of your own feline friend. Alana and the staff are wonderful and I even received a personal message when a donation from a family member was made to BRC in memory of my kitty who had passed away. Definitely a worthy non-profit.
