My family has had a few events we were able to attend because of HopeKids MN. We are a family of 6 and my 1year old has a sever Congenital Heart Defect. So a lot of our time is filled up with doctor apts, therapies and picking up medications from the pharmacy, etc. I am unable to work due to my son’s complex heart condition so we are on my husbands income. HopeKids has given us the opportunities to go events as a family and has given my husband and I our first date night in a year to the Janet Jackson concert. Which is something we would not have been able to afford on our own. We have also taken all 4 of our kids to a MN Twins game, movies, and MN Sea Life. Thanks to HopeKids we were able to enjoy these events and not have to worry about paying to do, because taking a family of 6 to do an activity is expensive. So thank you HopeKids Mn for having such a great impact on our lives!
