My wife and I thoroughly enjoy our volunteer work for the Society of St. Andrews. The society has arranged for us to approach vendors at an Indianapolis downtown farmer’s market to request donations of any unsold fruit and vegetables. As a result, on many days we have collected as much as 200 lbs. of fresh produce which we then deliver to the Wheeler Mission - an Indianapolis organization serving the needs of the homeless. We’ve found the Society of St. Andrews to be a well organized, efficient and truly caring mission that it is a privilege to volunteer for.
