Review for Hearts That Purr Feline Guardians, Tucson, AZ, USA
Hearts That Purr is an amazing organization and the work they do is unmatched. All rescues/cat non-profits should strive to be like Hearts That Purr.
I work in TNR/cat rescue in my free time, and I got a call about a cat we named Emma. Emma was abandoned by her family for days without food or water. Immediately, I knew Emma was in bad shape and needed much more care than I could provide.
Hearts That Purr stepped in to take care of Emma and they’ve been treating her like a princess ever since. Emma is so healthy, strong, and loved. Emma is ~20 years old— but you would never guess with how amazing she looks and how happy she is. Becky and her team are amazing; they are truly salt of the Earth people. I couldn’t say enough kind things about Hearts That Purr. I am blessed to know them!
The facility itself is incredible. The kitties have tons of room to play, lounge, eat, birdwatching, etc— you name it, they’ve got it! And, the volunteers/staff are so empathetic and caring. Every single person I met was incredible.
I could NOT be more grateful and happy for Emma. :) I am forever thankful for Hearts That Purr and Becky!! Thank you for being Emma’s hero.
You can see how beautiful and healthy Emma is now, compared to when we found her.
