BEHS is one of the very best non-profit animal rescue organizations that it has been my pleasure to be associated with as a donor and volunteer. Rescuing horses in neither easy nor cheap, but this organization has so positively impacted very many horses and the folks who love them. I feel that my time and money is put to the very best possible use by BEHS

A huge and heartfelt thank you to Shadow Cats for sharing Summerlee Foundation grant funds to benefit the community cats of Hays County. The demand for TNR is urgent and great, yet funds are tight and resources are stretched thin. The funding from Shadow Cats supported CatTip Hays Community Cat Coalition in providing TNR to 20 cats from 5 different locations; 3 in San Marcos, 1 in Kyle, and 1 in Hays County. That is 20 cats (including the handsome fella in the photo) that will live better lives and 5 caretakers that are happy and deeply appreciative of the assistance! Shadow Cats is a wonderful organization that is easy, efficient, and a great pleasure to partner with. Shadow Cats operates with passion, vision, and positive impact on the lives of community cats and the people who care for them. Three cheers for Shadow Cats!!!
