Rikki's Refuge is truly a wonderful place run by amazing people with big hearts. They help so many animals in need and offer a safe, warm home to them. Their spokes-cat, Vincent D. Cat is simply the best! He makes everyone so happy when they see him and he lets the world know what Rikki's is all about! This is the best rescue organization in the world.
