I first learned about ATOU when I came across Leslie at Lions Club event at a horse riding stable where young people with disabilities were provided with the opportunity to ride horses. What excitement I saw on the face of those youngsters.
I then attended two of the school programs and was very impressed at the reaction of the students.
I was sold on ATOU and have been an annual donor and been a host at their dinner for the "blind".
ATOU has also connect with people with disabilities and get to know them as individuals.
