I first learned of Mercy for Animals when listening to an interview between Rich Roll and Leah Garcés on the Rich Roll podcast. I remember feeling so impressed by the organizations approach to making a difference for farm animals and those who work in the meat industry. By coming alongside companies and farmers, they take time to listen and offer solutions that would help reduce the suffering that is present in industrial farms today. This model of making a change has lasting impact by considering the problem from so many angles. I am grateful to have the opportunity to contribute to this work and to continue seeing the impact Mercy for Animals has on our farming practices.
