The heart behind this ministry is profound. The deep desire to serve the community, and to love them, is seen consistently in every aspect of the Closet of Living Hope and in those who serve there. They have blessed countless families by providing much needed clothing, and they serve joyfully and tirelessly those in their community. I am beyond grateful for this ministry and those called to lead it.

This truly is: Closet of Living Hope.

I am humbled to lead the Miami-Dade Chapter of the FCPO. Several years ago, I gave a young officer a Bible. At the time, I did not know where she stood on her faith or that her father was an atheist. Fast forward, I had placed some books at the station and she picked one up, began to read it and then began to read the Bible I had given her years before. Soon after, she began attending church and accepted Christ, and later, I was extremely blessed to baptize her. This beautiful story came full circle earlier this year, when she shared her testimony at one of our FCPO meetings. As a Christian, you can’t get much better than this, but even in the secular world, her view of police work completely changed. She is a light of hope for all the officers she works with no matter where they stand in faith. She is loving on her blue family and the community she serves.
