For an intern, leaving an NGO where he learnt so much and gained so much fresh experience is incredibly difficult. I was given the chance to work with the Udayan Ghar initiative and received excellent guidance. I gained a broader understanding of the foster care system and the challenges faced by children in care. This NGO has taught me a lot of new concepts that will accelerate my professional and personal growth.
