This food pantry offers opportunities to volunteers as well as to clients. As a volunteer I always feel welcome to share my time in a way that works for me. The staff is happy to see anyone who wishes to help. They make it easy to work for them at many levels. I appreciate the interaction with clients and staff. There are chances to work behind the scenes in set up capacities and unloading goods as well.
The staff at SFSLFP are respectful of volunteers and clients as well. They are happy to see me as a worker. they are always respectful of the clients and meet their needs with whatever they have available.
