My son Kaelon was diagnosed with Acute Lymphoblastic Leukemia in 2021 when he was 11. We had a very rough start and were in the hospital for 48 days a week of which was in ICU due to a stroke caused by the chemo. It has been the hardest 2 years of my life emotionally, financially and physically, I continued to work full time while my husband who has muscular dystrophy and is disabled stayed with our son due to finances being tight and needing insurance. Even with our best efforts we were spending over $300/month on treatment,meds, travel ect. So we got behind on our a lot of our Bills, if it wasn't for Addi's faith and others like them supporting us I'm not sire what we would have done. We are forever grateful to them and hope to be able to pay it forward to other cancer families when we can. Our boy rings the bell on Aug 5,2023!! Thank you again for all you do for pediatric oncology
