While everyone loves a great origin story, what any conscientious charitable donor values most is results and that is why I have and will continue to support IJ: they get results in the tangible form of victories in court. Over the past decade, IJ has one a string of favorable rulings that has expanded the scope of liberty for American citizens in the area of property rights, freedom from unreasonable fines, security from unreasonable searches, and more. Further, IJ goes to great lengths through their media operations to shine a light on governmental misconduct and malfeasance that has not yet been countered by litigation but which is surely on their future docket. They do a great job of keeping their donors and the general public apprised of their mission and their activities and always ground their work in the needs of the people they serve. I've never been prouder to support an organization than I have with the Institute for Justice.
