Free2Luv provided the youth in my program a wonderful workshop. Express It! helped the attendees of the workshop develop their confidence, social skills, and mindfulness.

The workbooks that the children used helped keep them engaged, while also challenging them to develop essential skills such as communication, creativity, and confidence.

After the workshop, I asked the participants to review their experiences, and I received only positive feedback! Parents of attendees noted positive changes in their children's level of confidence and comfortability in group situations.

Free2Luv created a fun and educational safe space for the youth in my program, and the impact of that is truly remarkable!
