Volunteering with Vita Global has been an unforgettable experience for my undergraduate years. In my first year, I wasn't able to find many friends that spoke my mother tongue and struggled to find a community that felt like home – Vita Global gave me the opportunity to connect with my Chinese roots which I'm thankful for. Taking part in events hosted by Vita Global has also been insightful and interesting, some are insightful networking events whilst others are more fun and provide a great opportunity to relax. This is a charity I do not regret volunteering for and am excited for more interaction with them in the future years.
