I recently ordered a Free Red Maple tree. In order to receive that free tree I also ordered three shrubs. I received the three shrubs with instructions on planting them. Days later I received instructions on planting my tree (which I have never received). I have contacted them several times via email but received no response. So sad that what is viewed as a reputable organization seems shady.
