Since using the Express It! journals at our Boys & Girls Club site Teen Center in Carson City, our teens have actively engaged in the program. Members look forward to the days when we have our group sessions using the journals and many use them on their own time as well! The staff have noticed a difference in how much these journals help provide our teens with a comfortable safe space to dive deeper into their mental wellness. We have even planned a Teens Empowerment Mental Wellness retreat that will utilize these amazing resources!
