With the negative impact of COVID-19 in year 2021, I had no money to pay for my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) training. Opportunity Junction came to my rescue, and paid for my CNA training at the Mount Diablo Adult Education Center, Concord, California. Opportunity Junction gave me transportation support, food bank access, and Amazon gift card to cushion the effects of my logistical needs throughout my three months training period. I was not only trained in CNA knowledge and skills, but also in Career Development attributes. This extra package has made Opportunity Junction to stand out and became outstanding among its contemporaries. To crown it all, Opportunity Junction paid for my CNA Examination and Licensing, organized Job Fair through which I secured my job, and helped me secure a higher job with better pay, greater benefits, more flexible hours, and new team mates and friends.
My experience with Opportunity Junction has been very rewarding. All other people I recommended to Opportunity Junction were blessed with the same improved livelihood security and guided future. In deed, Opportunity Junction is an Opportunity Safe Haven for the needy. I rate the Organization as a Five Star Non-profit Organization.
