I want to start by expressing my utmost appreciation and gratitude for FFF and to all the volunteers who selflessly donate their time to the foundation. They are the real Angels on Earth.

The work that is done in this organization is having such a positive impact on so many people who are struggling, who desperately need the healing during the grieving process of having lost a loved one.
Having attended one of their grief retreats completely transformed my grief into something that was more manageable and not all consuming and left me feeling a lot lighter. I was able to go through life without the constant tightness in my chest which had enveloped me since I lost my mom unexpectedly. I began to see my loss in a different light and was left with hope when I returned to my daily life after that weekend. No words are enough to describe the alleviation of suffering this organization extends to so many in their most vulnerable and one of the most difficult moments in their life .
