Since October of 2021 I had been trying to get funds from Cleveland Clinic/Quest that I paid as a result of Cleveland Clinics coding error/mistake. I tried in vain to have Cleveland fix the error but I was met (at ALL levels of the hospital administration) with “It’s not my job”. Miraculously the correct information was sent to Quest (it only took EIGHT months). In the meantime, Quest took my account to collections,
For the next NINE months (and many meds for anxiety later) no one at Quest could figure out that the insurance company had paid and so had I (from Collections). Countless emails, calls, fax’s etc…no one would help.
Thank you Elliott. Within a very short time, he was able to connect me with someone who could help. I really have no words. I tried.. and tried. THANK YOU VERY MUCH.
