ELM is a great place to work and all of the employees are great at what they do! As a former fellow, I had such a rewarding experience during my time with ELM, and they truly care about promoting civic engagement and furthering important environmental policy that will help Massachusetts both mitigate and adapt to climate change. Definitely one of the best companies I have worked for!
