I am honored to be a part of an organization that is making a positive impact on youth mountain biking and trail advocacy. I am constantly inspired by the impact NICA is making on the lives of student-athletes, coaches, and the broader mountain biking community.

NICA has empowered thousands of student-athletes and coaches to discover their potential, build confidence, and develop lifelong skills. It's also been instrumental in advocating for sustainable trails and promoting diversity, equity, and inclusion in the outdoors. These efforts have not only benefited our community but also created a ripple effect across the entire mountain biking industry.
