I am currently a student intern at Assuaged. I'm a law student, so at first I wasn't quite sure how I was going to fit in with Assuaged's public health focus. Those worries were very quickly put to rest. I've learned so much about the nonprofit structure, writing grants, and have picked up quite a bit of information about health and wellness on the way. The best thing about Assuaged is that there is no doubt that the people care about you as a person. The wealth of information available to you as an Assuaged student is amazing. Never have I experienced such a warm and caring corporation. It has been and remains a privilege to work with Assuaged.
