APIA helped me afford a higher education. I am so grateful for how welcoming they were to me as a scholar. They provide so many opportunities for scholars to connect and to succeed. Not only do they provide scholarly resources, but they also frequently check in with me personally to see how I am doing. They do so much for their scholarship recipients and have developed a very welcoming community.
