I was a resident at CooperRiis for 27 months starting in September of 2010. I'd been having a hard time with my mental health since 1992. CooperRiis helped me to turn the situation around. I learned how to trust some people. I learned that my being was precious. It was so supportive.
While living there, I was gently guided to embrace healthy habits in my diet, my exercise and my thinking. Eventually, I was able to have hope again. I made connections that still nurture me to this day. I highly recommend CooperRiis!
