Spent numerous hours on the phone and sending emails to Amazon customer service always getting same story as this is the policy. I was sent an email March 15/22 from Amazon to a sale on Fisher Price Power Wheels Dune Racer for $89.07 spent 3 hrs. trying to purchase without success so an associate said they will help reducing the price if I purchase regular priced ride on for $400.00 I did and now they won't honor the promise or won't even accept it back as they deem it hazards to accept for return. This caused me to contact Fisher Price and they gave me a letter stating it is not hazards and can be returned. Amazon just tells me they cannot accept it back. Spoke with Chris Elliott as what I could do now and he directed me to some names to contact and give some time to respond. After all names were exhausted without any resolve Chris sent out his own letter and told me what I could expect. Within a couple of days Amazon decided that they were going to honor the original commitment. Sincerely happy with the turnout and can't thank him enough for his help.
