Ordered trees from Arbor Day. First item of frustration is the lack of a specific shipping day.
The bigger issue - the trees delivered were completely destroyed.

I tried to contact them several times on the phone, chat and e-mail with zero results.

Attached is a photo of the Forsythia plant we received today. Note almost all the branches are broken. What can't be seen are the roots growing out of the bottom pot and wrapped around it. Never again will I donate or order from Arbor Day
