Elliott Advocacy was able to get VRBO to fulfill their satisfaction guarantee policy and provide us payment to cover hotel charges incurred when alternate arrangements were required. (The rental had cameras pointing directly at the owner's suite bed. This was a direct violation of the privacy policy, but the call center refused to be of assistance acting as it was nbd!) Honestly we had lost hope that anything would be recovered after months of phone calls to VRBO but Elliott was able to get us the money quickly & with minimal additional effort on our part!
