The Nebraska State Bar Foundation is an exceptional educational enterprise. Its mission generally involves civics education at many levels with any eye toward a better informed citizenry. Among many other things the NSBF sponsors mock trial competitions for exceptional high school students, it supplements civics education in many public schools, it provides training for young trial lawyers who seek jury trial experience, it sponsors nationally recognized speakers on legal topics and it works closely with the judiciary and broadcasters to broaden the understanding and appreciation of each for the other and ultimately to provide the public with better access to the judicial process. The Nebraska State Bar Foundation is certainly an organization worthy of your serious consideration as you ponder where your charitable dollars might do the most good in our democratic society.
