FINDINGbalance has been such a blessing to me. My ED nutritionist told me about them and I have been following them for about 4 years now. I have struggled with ED for most of my life. I abused laxatives and diuretics for 20 plus years. I restricted and binged. During a 21 days of prayer and fasting God put his finger on ED and said it’s time to deal with this now. I was set free from abusing laxatives and diuretics right then but still continued to struggle with food and body image.

He delivers us from glory to glory.

4 years later I have been set free from food bondage and I practice Intuitive Eating and food no longer bosses me around. I’m free to eat whatever I want. Body image is still a struggle but better than it was.

As I said, He sets us free from glory to glory.

I also receive The Daily Vitamin weekly, it has been vital in my healing process. It is just what it says…it’s God’s daily vitamin for those who struggle with this insidious disorder. Renewing the mind is crucial with ED. The DV does that for us. It speaks truth to my heart and mind.

This year I joined the Freedom prayer group and it has been such a gift. Mrs. Beth has been such a treasure. Leading us and praying for us and with us.
