Finding Balance has been game-changing for me. I found the Lasting Freedom course at the lowest point of my battle with eating disorders. I knew I needed to put God into the situation and worked intensively through the curriculum. The depth of knowledge from field-leading specialists was beautifully woven with God-centred love. And it was revolutionary to me. From there, I found out about the prayer groups. I was fearful about this at first. Talking publicly about things has previously felt like my place of deepest shame, but the women I grew close to in the prayer group and the support from the wider Finding Balance community has been transformational. A safe space, free from judgement and full of love for Jesus and one another, and sharing joy and trials as we walk our different paths but together.
