LR volunteers worked with me for a couple of months while I reviewed listings of potential dogs. They helped me arrange meetings with the foster parents. They provided thorough information about the dogs and asked me insightful questions about my lifestyle and experience with other dogs. They vetted the dogs well, were candid regarding the dogs' health issues where there were any, and disclosed everything they knew about the dogs they were offering. Three weeks ago, I adopted Dutch, a 14 month old chocolate boy who is an absolute joy and seems to enjoy his new forever home. Even since then their volunteers have offered me advice and useful suggestions. I recommend them highly! Thanks LR!
