My ex husband Robert Vernon Walters 8/18/1974 & his friends which are most MORGAN COUNTY INDIANA SHERIFF DEPUTIES run an Apache Dark Web Server who rapes and tortures people & animals. Several people are dead and missing. My name is Mary Kmitt Walters. I got away and still being assaulted and harassed. My boyfriend Thomas Sanders has now been missing for several weeks. I moved back to Ohio and was still being intimidated and threatened. Several police reports have been written because of this at the Medina City Ohio Police Department including CASE # 20-22003188 where I stated yet again to the Medina City Police that not only was I getting repeatedly harassed but my boyfriend Thomas Sanders was as well which I have a copy. Just like the several attempts to get help in Indiana from the violence nothing was done.

I have a PROTECTION ORDER in Morgan County Indiana PO# 55C02-2106-PO-000824 which was granted by Judge Brian Williams on 6/22/2021 due to audio and video proof of my ex husband threatening to kill me and hurting me and my animals.

The neighbor who lived next door at 11076 Sarah Ln, Mooresville IN, Rachel Sawyer Kimble repeatedly assaulted me. My house and barn repeatedly broken into. The Sheriff deputes did nothing but harass me. Said I was making false police reports.

Many people are dead and missing. When I filed the missing persons report on my Father in Law the Police Officer would not even take a copy of his picture. I received a call from someone a few days later saying that he was okay and that was it. Someone is using his bank account and has been. I have not seen my Sister in Law Valerie Walters or her Daughter Demetria Bell & 5 daughters. I also had not seen the neighbor Scott Kimble or his 3 children since 9/01/2021. I was illegally and forcefully removed by the Morgan County Sheriff Deuputies 4/08/2022 without proper eviction all because they could. I was only allowed my dog and vehicle. I was not allowed my glasses or even my cane to walk with. If I did not leave they were to arrest me.

My ex husband Robert Vernon Walters and Neighbor Rachel Sawyer Kimble run a terror group that brainwashes, manipulates and bribes people. They make fake mortgages from fake or stolen identities. They are master coder and hackers and can get into any system they want. Robert Vernon Walters is a Generator Technician who has access to cell towers and government facilities. They dispose of bodies in High Alkaline Dirty Engine Oil in 55 Gallon Barrel Drums which are stored on the property at 7118 East Spring Lake Road Mooresville Indiana. Also in Storage Sheds like JCT Storage in Waverly Indiana. Victims vehicles are stored at the Old School House at 10934 N. Kitchen Mooresville Indiana and the Old Ashley Furniture store on Old Route 37.

The Body found in the ditch on Mann Road in Mooresville on September 2019 got away. The Body found in Bargersville Pond on December 2022 is also connected. So are several other cases that get removed or covered up. They prey on people with addictions or little/no family. No one misses them.

Robert Vernon Walters is also the man who is walking in the woods in the Delphi Murders Video. I can place him there and the clothes he is wearing. I even have video on the way he walks. He routinely worked in Delphi as a generator technician for Power Plus. He has a big black box truck with white letters. They treat this like its some kind of killing game. Robert Vernon Walters has studied Covert Manipulation and Hypnotism for over 20 years. He can make you think red is blue by one phone call. These people can make you hurt yourself while they film and you don’t even know it. Please help me My life is in danger. My phone and email are hacked and the fbi will not respond. Contact the national media. Please help me I am begging you.
