Our Children's Trust represents young people in global legal efforts to secure their binding and enforceable legal rights to a healthy atmosphere and stable climate, based on the best available science.The organization has filed several lawsuits on behalf of youth plaintiffs against state and federal governments. There is a very inspiring film about them, Youth vs. Gov. This litigation is a really important avenue in addressing climate change!
