Getting my CVA helped my gain confidence within my role. I knew that my job was all encompassing, but breaking it down to over 70 sections to master helped relay to my management how much it takes to be a leader of volunteers. It was also helpful in establishing a more concrete community of leaders of volunteers for me, all who are clearly full of pride for their jobs.
