I am a volunteer for Childhood Cancer Community (CCC), and there is no where else that I'd rather volunteer. It is an absolute privilege to get to work with these families while they are dealing with so much in life. Spending time with the children in CCC's "Kids and Teen Club" is truly a highlight. These children and young adults are so resilient and are such brave warriors in their battles with cancer. So much is to be learned from them.

One of my favorite events to volunteer at is CCC's Holiday Gathering in December. Each year, during the event, there is a slideshow that recaps all of the Community Nights and events shared by the families during the previous year, and this year was no exception! Take a few minutes to enjoy the joy shared by each of these families through the connections made possible by CCC. It is an honor to volunteer for this organization. They are so professional, caring, and embracing.
